SCORING
Scoring will be broken down into three sections: Battle Score, Hobby Score, and Sportsmanship Score

Battle Score:
A player's Battle Score for Colorado Clan Carnage will be equal to the cumulative Victory Points earned after five games as well as a bonus for victories. Each Scenario in the General's Handbook 2024-25 has a potential for 50 points. In addition, winning your game, by whatever the margin (either a major or minor victory) gains you an additional 10 Battle Score.

MAXIMUM BATTLE SCORE: 1200 (300 per player)

Hobby Score:
A player's Hobby Score will be based off of the Colorado Clan Carnage Hobby RUBRIC which allows for a maximum of 100 points* plus 1 point for each "Favourite Army" vote from players during hobby judging. So get out there and paint, convert, and hobby!

MAXIMUM HOBBY SCORE: 480 (100 per player plus 80 Favourite Votes)

Sportsmanship Score:
A player's Sportsmanship Score starts at a flat 50 points. It will either go up or down based on how "sporting" the player is. It can go up by 5 for each "Favourite Opponent" vote you get. The top 3 players getting the most Favourite Opponent Votes will receive an additional 75/50/25 points respectively. Other positive Modifiers to Sportsmanship can be earned as follows:

Clan Modifiers:

Up to +10 Points (per player per Team) for appearing in matching uniforms
Up to +10 Points (per player per Team) for bringing a Club Banner

Sportsmanship Penalties:

-50 Points for turning in your legal list after the due date
-10 Points for being late to a game
-10 Points for reporting your game score late
-50 Points for a Yellow Card
-100 Points for a Red Card

And yes, your sportsmanship score can be Negative. There are many rules documents out there (Take a look at the ITC Code of Conduct!) concerning good sporting behaviour. The best advice, is to just a be a good sportsman and treat others how you want to be treated. This a team tournament, for a hobby we all love; don't make this unenjoyable for others.

MAXIMUM SPORTSMANSHIP POINTS: 600 (Requires all 4 players tie for most Favourite Opponent Votes)

Check out the "AWARDS" Page to see how these points are used!

* Players will be asked if they painted their own army on the Rubric. Only circle "Y" if you painted all of your own army. Players who circle "N" will receive -40 points to their overall paint score. Players found to be falsifying this answer will be issued a Yellow Card in addition to the -20 points for not painting one's own army.
