Registration

Registration for a team is via the Best Coast Pairings APP. You will need your Team name and Captain's name when you register, so- you know, communicate you Brutez! Once your team is paid, you are in! ​

Cost of Registration:

The cost of registration for the tournament is $60 per player. The proceeds go to prize support, tables and terrain, insurance, website maintenance, venue rental, etc. This means that a  team registers for $240.

Refunds/Cancellations:

Due to the nature of a team tournament, refunds will only be given if the event needs to cancel due to emergency or Nurgle based (Covid related) requirements. If one member of your team cannot make it, it is your team's responsibility to find a replacement. While we know this can be tough, we cannot manage the timeline of preparation for this event if we do not know the fund levels available.

The Clanless:

Finding yourself a free lancer, mercenary, or just plan without a clan but still want to play? Email 

coloradoclancarnagebigboss@gmail.com with the subject "freelancer' and we will put you on a list to be added to a team when available. Please include your first and last name, as well as the Battletome you will be using. Note, that once you are set with a team, the above rules for cancellations etc will apply.

Changes to Registration:

As our game is constantly changing with new Battletomes, FAQs, etc we completely understand if your Battletome of choice changes before the event. You can change what Battletome you are using all the way up to when lists are due, simply let us know. For "The Clanless", note that if you are still on a list to find a team and you change Battletomes, it could lengthen your search for a clan.

We will have slots for 20 Teams this year!!! First Come- First Served! Spots fill up fast, so be sure to get your team registered and paid ASAP!
